Photo-realistic 3D scene featuring a French turn-of-the-century spa building in a formal garden.

ATTENTION--READ BEFORE BUYING--This scene was designed to render in V-Ray Next GPU. You will be able to render it in V-Ray Next (CPU) but some of the materials may need adjusting in order to obtain the same visual results. Bear in mind that this is a heavy scene that will require in excess of 7GB of VRAM to render. It was developed and rendered on 2X RTX 2080ti with NVLink.
ATTENTION--READ BEFORE BUYING--This scene REQUIRES the ItooSoft Forest Pro plugin to render as advertize. All models will import fine without the plugin but the grass, dead leaves, gravel and background trees will not be scattered.

Full scene including a meticulously modeled central building featuring fine details, such as individually modeled roof tiles and located in an expansive park landscape.

Use the scene as a virtual location for your production, or as an asset collection to augment your own scenes.

Preview renders straight from V-Ray VFB using curve, exposure, hue, and lens effects adjustments within the VFB.

The scene includes 1.44GB of textures and geometry, including almost 200 custom textures, mostly at 4K.
